In Teams of 3:
20 Minutes AMRAP 1 Member Performing Each Exercise
Wall Ball Shots 20/14# (VIDEO)
Pull-ups (VIDEO)
20 50-Foot Shuttle Runs

Partners Will Accumulate AMRAP at Each Station Until Runner Returns. Everyone Will Then Rotate Positions. Record Total Reps For Both Movements
