I did my first crossfit workout in 2008. It was a Half Cindy with jumping pull ups. When I finally recovered (4 hours later) I thought to myself “man that was dumb, I’m never doing that again”.
It’s almost 10 years later and I’m still CrossFitting. I’m still no good at it but I have found a passion for helping others get better. In 2013 I went and got my level 1 and have been coaching full to part time since.
