About Sarah

Having been an athlete my whole life, reaching the end of my college career was a critical turning point and I had no idea where I was headed. My love of fitness, competition, and sports has always been an ingrained quality and the idea of an “adult” life without any of that seemed…well, boring! My first knowledge of CrossFit came early in my college experience, but I was never more than an occasional Saturday freebie for a couple of years. Fortunately, I was granted an opportunity shortly after graduating my Bachelor’s program that quickly lead me to realize my passion for CrossFit and become a trainer in 2013. Thanks to CrossFit, I never had to face the mundane “adult life” I had dreaded and never will! Each day I step into the gym to train others I consider a tremendous gift and love every moment of it. The community I have had the privilege to become a part of is not only life-changing for myself, but I get to see others lives change as well and it doesn’t get much better than that!
