    B. 195 all 10 lifts. Failed one lift but I think I tripped on the mat…
    C. 5×5@275 with sling shot around knees. This is a low percentage for me but that band makes it feel 50lbs heavier for me so I focused on position and speed.

    Really happy with today considering my back being flared up. Everything felt great.
