    Notes:
    – hammies pretty sore, but deadlift felt smooth and mechanics felt strong
    – misread part A and thought it was 5×2, not 5×3
    – ran in the dark (9pm) and in rain, so running had to be cautious to not slip or trip, but hey, in the games the weather or time won’t be perfect either
    – was able to open up with 20shspu ub each round
