For those of you already enrolled in Group Classes here at Northstate CrossFit who possess a firm understanding of our fundamental movements, we offer individualized programming to help you achieve your goals of becoming a more well-rounded CrossFit athlete. In order to do that, we will prescribe a program that is tailored at working on your weaknesses so that you can achieve your potential.
